Hire our club for your corporate event, conference, special birthday celebration, wedding, social club gathering or any other event or special occasion. Our club facilities are available for hire on a regular basis or for one-off events/functions.

Field HIRE
Looking for a large field to run training or a corporate day out? We have accessible toilets from the outside of our club room, field lights and canteen facilities for your event. Chat to our event co-ordinator about your upcoming field hire requirements.

Our facilities are suitable for a wide range of events including: corporate meetings, team functions, community gatherings, birthdays (excluding under 20’s), Engagements, Anniversaries and casual celebrations.
Our function space can accomodate up to 100 persons standing or seated TBC XXX
Venue hire typically includes seating, tables, kitchen facilities and indoor/outdoor spaces. Specific inclusions can be confirmed upon an enquiry or booking.

Yes our club bar may be available for functions depending on the type of event and licensing requirements.
Hire costs vary depending on the type of function and licensing requirements. Fill out our contact form and our functions co-ordinator will be in contact with you as soon as possible to discuss further.
Availability depends on the club calendar, particularly during the lacrosse season (Autumn/Winter). We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.
Yes, you are welcome to decorate the space, provided all club paraphernalia remains as is and all decorations are removed after the event and no damage is caused.
Basic cleaning is expected after your event. Additional cleaning fees may apply depending on the condition the venue is left in.
Yes,, there is parking available at or near the clubrooms for guests attending your function.
Yes, we have an internal lift from the ground floor to the top level of the clubrooms. We also have disabled toilet facilities.
All events must comply with club policies, licensing requirements and local regulations. Specific conditions will be provided at the time of booking.
